Rich co-founded CHAOS and has built it since 1994, today leading sales across CHAOS Moto and CHAOSRXOptics. His path runs from cardiovascular sales at Pharmacia and Upjohn to chairing the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and it lands on one rule: safety first.
Alex leads marketing and e-commerce across the CHAOS brands, building the demand generation, brand systems, and digital infrastructure behind the company's growth. Over twenty years in B2B and e-commerce, he has tripled online revenue, cut acquisition cost, and made marketing a measurable pipeline.
Michael came to CHAOS after forty-four years in the tire aftermarket, twenty-seven at Belle Tire, where he grew the wheel program from seventeen stores into one of the country's largest. What pulled him in was technician safety: USA-made products that help reduce hand injuries and cut the chlorinated solvents.
Scott runs regional sales for CHAOSRXOptics, putting the safety-eyewear program in front of tire chains, crews, and shops across the territory. He brings thirty years in high-service retail and knows how to build an account, not just open one. His focus is simple: get the right protective eyewear onto more faces on the bay floor.

Previously led environmental, health, safety and sustainability for Bridgestone Retail Operations' Northeast Division, with oversight of over 470 locations across 17 states. Active in RIMS for over 20 years, he served on its global board of directors and, in 2018, as President/Chairman of the board. He advises CHAOS on safety standards, regulatory compliance, and PPE program design.
